You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app at any time — with no waiting period and no email back-and-forth.
Open Quidly and sign in.
Tap the You tab in the bottom navigation.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to Account → Delete account.
Confirm the prompt. Your account, expenses, budgets, receipts and uploaded files are deleted within seconds.
If you're a member of a household space with other people, deleting your account removes you from the space and strips your name from each shared expense — but the expenses and budgets the space still relies on stay, so the other members can keep using them.
Anything you marked "Only me" inside a shared space is deleted along with your account.
If you've lost access to your account (lost device, can't recover your password), email support@getquidly.com from the email address you signed up with. We'll verify and delete the account within 7 days.
If you want a copy of your expenses before deleting: open the Expenses tab → tap the share icon → Export CSV. The CSV opens in any spreadsheet app.
